Student Representatives will be required to attend the three Board of Directors meetings during their term. These meetings are hosted in the RHS Library, and are discussion sessions for the RHSAA to talk about our wide variety of projects. They are held from 6:00-8:00pm on the following dates: If special circumstances arise close to one of these dates, we can discuss alternative plans.

At each Board of Directors meeting, we will allocate time on the agenda to hear from our Student Representatives. This will be a 5-10 minute opportunity for you to share news from the student body, such as recent accomplishments, upcoming events, or other items the Student Representative feels important to share with the organization.

On a monthly basis, Student Representatives will submit an upcoming event, activity, or project for alumni to attend or support. This information will be emailed to the Executive Committee by the 1st of each month to be shared with our wider alumni base.
