Donor Records Coordinator


Donor Records Coordinator

Time commitment 3-6 hours/month.


Participation will be primarily virtual, with most communication via email and phone.


We are seeking 1 volunteer for this role.


Volunteers should be comfortable working in Google Workspace, with strong organizational skills and an interest in understanding donor history, relationships, and patterns.

Behind every donation is a person with their own connection to Roosevelt. By helping capture the history, interests, and patterns behind donor support, volunteers play a quiet but meaningful role in strengthening long-term relationships and guiding future projects. This work helps ensure fundraising stays thoughtful, personal, and aligned with the community.

Duties & Responsibilities


- Establish and maintain a centralized donor tracking system using Google Workspace tools.
- Record and maintain donor history and contextual notes, including giving patterns, project interests, and meaningful connections to Roosevelt, ensuring information stays organized and easy to reference.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee and other RHSAA volunteers to help capture and maintain donor information gathered through outreach and projects.
- Attend Executive Committee meetings held on even-numbered months to support discussion of donation needs.
Collaborate with the Executive Committee and stay connected with all other RHSAA committees as donor information is gathered through various projects.
