Time Commitment of approximately 3 hours/month.
Participation will be virtual and over email.
We are seeking 2 volunteers for this role.
Volunteers should have an interest in communications, and an eye for grammar.
Our monthly email newsletters are gaining more attention, and we strive to provide the best quality content. Bringing in extra reviewers
to catch those pesky typos and punctuation errors will enhance our communication. These added reviews and varied viewpoints will help
us engage our alumni more effectively. By consistently improving our strategy, we can strengthen our connections with our audience and
cultivate a more engaged and informed community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the draft of the monthly newsletter for grammar and punctuation, clarity and readability, and relevance
of content.
- Editors will have one week to conduct their reviews at their convenience, with feedback being exchanged
via email.
- Provide recommendations for newsletter content.
- Attend any Communications Committee meetings, or participate in Committee discussions.
- Meetings will likely be in the form of email and only occur when special topics arise.
