Photographer

Time commitment 4 hours/month, depending on projects.


Participation will be in-person at school and alumni events on campus, with communication via email.


We are seeking 2 volunteers for this role.


Volunteers should have photography experience at a hobbyist level and access to their own camera.

Capture meaningful moments from Alumni Association events year round such as Homecoming, the Rose Festival Princess Coronation, the Thanksgiving Food Drive, and more. Beyond events, help mark moments of achievement for scholarship recipients and other award winners. Together, these images help document and preserve the living history of the alumni community.

Duties & Responsibilities


Attend school and alumni events as available to photograph activities, volunteers, and attendees.
Coordinate availability and event coverage with the Communications Committee and the other volunteer photographers.
Take portraits of scholarship recipients and other alumni as needed.
Perform light photo selection and basic editing before sharing images with the Communications Committee.
Attend any Communications Committee meetings or participate in Committee discussions.
Meetings will likely be in the form of email and only occur when special topics arise.
Collaborate with the Communications Committee at large. Occasionally work with other RHSAA committees that host events or projects in need of photography.
