All-Class Picnic Committee Member
Time commitment 2 hours/month.
Participation will be primarily in-person.
We are seeking 4 volunteers for this role.
Volunteers should have an interest in event planning, and throwing enjoyable parties.
The big annual gathering of alumni happens on the third Saturday of July every year: The All-Class Picnic. The planning
committee behind the event meets monthly during the lead up to the big day to tackle all the pieces that make the day
successful. Each committee member takes on one task as a way to spread the work around. On the big day we have many hands
which makes light work!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend the monthly Committee meetings.
- Take on the management of at least one task during the planning phase.
- This could be managing the entree order, coordinating with the toilet rental company, purchasing decorations, etc.
- Volunteer on the day of the All-Class Picnic.
